At ishilp.com you can shop with any of the following options :-
- BHIM UPI (GooglePay , PayTM UPI etc.)
- Wallets like PayTM Wallets, Freecharge etc.
- Visa, Mastercard Credit cards.
- Debit card for more than 60 banks as supported by our payment partners .
- Net banking with more than 60 banks as supported by our payment partners.
- iShilp Gift Cards and Vouchers (in the form of Codes that we will provide used against site credits)
Do you Offer COD payments at this time ?
- No we do not offer cash on delivery at this time.
What should I keep handy for my online transaction?
- For BHIM UPI , please keep your mobile phone available where you have the UPI app setup so that you can respond to the payment notification and provide PIN to complete the transaction.
- for Paytm Wallet , you would require to have the mobile device where you have setup Paytm handy in order to make the payment.
- For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / online authorization code (“OAC”).
- For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card?
- Absolutely. Shopping with iShilp Crafts is completely safe. Transactions with iShilp Crafts are via the industry leading payment gateways, which are VeriSign Secured® as well as PCI compliant. Be assured that your card or account information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet making it well and truly safe.
Does ishilp.com store my card or account information?
- ishilp,com does not collect or store your payment card information at all .
Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
- The iShilp Crafts team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.
How will transactions on iShilp Crafts appear on my Credit Card / Bank statements?
- All transactions on ishilp.com will be under the heading "ishilp.com" /"iShilp Crafts" on your credit cards/ Bank Statement.
Shipping
- Shipment (shipment will be done within 5-7 working days after receipt of payment)
- Please do provide your Full Address and Contact numbers during making payments OR by email immediately after making the payment for easy and quick delivery. In case of any issues with shipping after payments , please contact on support@ishilp.com with Order Details like phone number , Order ID , Emails used at the time of payment. If proper details are not provided by you related to the order/payment , we will not be able to process the order and ship the product in case of incorrect address/payment information provided. iShilp Crafts reserves the rights to forfeit such payments . We will require to verify the details of the person engaging with us over email to reprocess this shipment . There will be no grievances addressed for wrong payments after 20 days of making the payment. Any decision by the iShilp Support staff for verification will be binding .
- We ship within India by through reputed couriers like DTDC etc. and others depending on the region and network.
