Returns and Refunds Policy
We understand that traditionally all of us are used to buying products by checking them out in a shop but in the last few years we have seen advent of e-commerce in India, which has created a new medium for getting products one loves from the comforts of their home . We follow a very strict quality control for all our products and make sure that our customers always get the best. Keeping up with the fast paced consumers today we have launched this initiative of 7 days returns in case you would like to return the products. We will give you 100% refund . However we would like to know our valuable feedback . Please get in touch with us on support@ishilp.com referencing your orderID and we will get in touch with you to understand your concern.

Apparel / Accessories | Any Clothing requires to be returned within 7 days and should not be damaged . Damaged clothing will not be considered for refund. Pack and Dispatch the products to the address below.

Please ensure while couriering, you pack the products properly, and in safe non-tearable plastic envelope bags. Please make sure you mention your name ,Order ID and contact details inside the shipment. Also, send the product through a courier company which gives you tracking Id which you can share with us. This is to ensure that the product reaches us in good condition and is also trackable during transit.Courier Delivery charge would be borne by the customer however once the product is returned we will provide a refund along with the courier charges paid by the customer as long as the bill is shared with us.
Important Do's and Don'ts - while returning products :
Please Note: We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products which are not received back in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the original packing box within 7 days from the delivery date.
Email us Refund / Exchange details-
We process the Refunds in 7 working days, after we receive the products back in original condition. Refunds are done through UPI or , NEFT or back to credit card / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.
In case of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code. The customer is liable for providing any wrong information related to bank account details which can cause incorrect credit to a wrong account. We will not make the refund again in this case. You can email us all these details on support@ishilp.com.
Any decision made by the staff of iShilp Crafts will be final related to the refunds and returns.
