Hi! I am Shweta Sublok, the founder of ishilp Crafts. After a 5-year struggle with chronic kidney disease, and trying to manage a full-time job with it, I wanted to do something meaningful with my life. My friends and family have always come to me for skin care and hair care advice. As a regular user of homemade herbal skin and haircare products, I was struck with the idea to share my concoctions with the rest of the world. I made a video on making the Complete Hair Care oil, which sparked interest in viewers, who wanted to place orders. Thus, was born ishilp, in 2020, in the wake of the pandemic. From making the products in small batches at home by myself, I now have a 5-member team helping me scale my business. I have put my heart and soul into this passion project of mine and hope it helps our customers reach their skin and hair goals like it did for me.
